this is incredibly hard most of the time. The 'this' is the sitting down and trying to be 'aware' of what is passing before me in that torrent of thought. What passes i no front of me in that cascade of thought.

I have faith that just 'being aware of the questions' (Rilke) I will eventually live into the answers; at least that is the hope.
