I love it when I can view any of life's daily tasks and projects in a mindful way - that is, with the larger goal only lightly held and the steps to that larger goal viewed calmly and without the without the rush to get to the final goal.
In other words being able to step back from a desired goal and simply begin with the first step and then moving on to the next step and then the next step and each step when completed and viewed as a calm gentle and relatively effortless task completed. The idea that I will get to where I want to get to in a measured, unhurried way!
