Thoughts about / after day of Mindfulness

There are a few places where we can be the master alone of our dignity, including the creation of our dignity. The sangha is one of those places. Or shall I say we can be a master of this when we meditate. 

Most of the time, we evaluate, we judge, we measure. If anything, we're always indignant about something, we manufacture a constant stream of indignant malevalence.   By definition to make a judgment and to rank things is in declaring something to be undignified.
