Thoughts like dust come and go... continually.. and even as we 'de-dust'... we can be sure that we will be assailed again and again by thoughts that uplift and sustain us,  and assailed by thoughts that frighten and cause anxiety and distress.  Dusting like sitting meditation is about being, staying with what is, not rejecting, ... being with it.
